The series was created as a sequential narrative with movies and autobiography in mind. The first painting depicts slavery showing a childhood friend , the second a mediation on Idolatry and Art History, the third and fourth, pairs Moses as a biblical character to a Pop cultural reference, the fifth, a take on epic cinema, the sixth travelogue and astronaut image to comment on a divine message.
